There are YACs in all Freeborn County public middle/high schools. YAC’s are student groups; Youth Agents of Change. Their role is to advise FC-PIP on current youth perceptions of alcohol, tobacco and other drug (ATOD) use and be the youth voice in our coalition as we work towards our goals of prevention and reduction.
YAC’s are made up of 6 – 20 students who focus on raising awareness and educating their peers on ATOD use. They develop, plan and implement positive chemical free activity actvities with and for their peers.
